All Retail Store Purchases are Final. Exchanges or Store Credits may be offered on non-sale items but must be returned within 7 calendar days of purchase with proof of receipt. All Furniture Items are non-returnable, sold as is, where is.

We offer 30 day Store Credits and 30 day Layaway on some Furniture Items.

Any store credit issued from a store purchase item cannot be redeemed for residential work.

Custom order or Special Order Items are non-returnable and non-refundable. All Special Orders, Custom furniture, Custom window treatments and custom upholstered orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed unless other arrangements are made.
